About Me

I’m Celia, an experienced and fully qualified hypnotherapist (HDip CBH Dip Hyp CS GQHP BA (Hons)).  I’m dedicated and skilled at helping you to become calm, confident and courageous.   

I blend the best of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy, superhero therapy and nervous system regulation to create a unique pathway that works for you.  

Life has a way of throwing out curved balls.  I’m here to help you be able to cope with whatever comes your way.

I’ll help you to stay calm under pressure, be confident in your decisions and feel courageous as your life moves forward in new directions.

I believe you’re a unique person with your own values and goals.  I provide therapy that is personal to you and respects and values who you are.   Every one is different and needs different support.  Your therapy is designed around you and your needs and then tailored to fit into your busy life.

Using the best techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnosis, mindfulness and other evidence based therapies, we work together to make it as easy as possible for you to achieve your goals. 

From your first appointment, you can improve how your feel and take meaningful steps towards the life you want. 

By your final appointment, you will have developed the ability to move through life confidently, knowing you can deal with whatever comes your way.

I’m an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist and a hypnotherapy supervisor and coach.  I’m a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (Registration number 7895) and follow their code of ethics.  I’m also a member of the Association for  Contextual Behavioural Science

I’m proud to supervise, train and mentor hypnotherapists for the prestigious UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy based in Harley Street, London.

I’m known as a trusted name in providing caring and confidential support to clients in Kent and the South East.   I serve clients, my peers and hypnotherapy students worldwide with safe and secure online appointments.  I work with clients face to face from Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Southborough, Hildenborough, Pembury, Bidborough, Hadlow, Borough Green, Bromley, Orpington and surrounding areas.
